District 2 candidates' forum scheduled for Sept. 13
With the election of our District 2 supervisor approaching in November, a question-and-answer forum for the declared candidates will be held on Monday, Sept. 13 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Palace of Fine Arts Theater. The event is sponsored by the Marina Community Association, Cow Hollow Association, Marina-Cow Hollow Neighbors and Merchants, Marina Merchants Association, and Union Street Merchants.
The evening will start with an informal meet-and-greet, with the formal presentation starting at about 6:30 p.m. The format will consist of questions from the sponsoring neighborhood groups as well as members of the general public, with each candidate given an opportunity to answer.
